This was a complicated Split System HVAC installation between two floors, down through an inside wall, then through minimum inside conduit to the outside HVAC unit. The DOWD team did a great job of working through the installation challenges to optimize operation, and the curb appeal, of the HVAC system both inside and out. The site manager was a great team leader, working shoulder to shoulder every step of the way with DOWD’s experience technicians, while always taking care of my customer questions. It certainly was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had.
