Running Hot & Cold: The Best (and Worst) Teams of the 2016 NFL Football Season [So Far]

If you live in the Philadelphia area and are a football fan, chances are you came down with a case of Wentzlemania. If you don’t know what that means, now’s your chance to get up to speed.

In case you missed it:

In the 2016 NFL Draft, your home team (the Philadelphia Eagles) traded up to the No. 2 overall slot to draft rookie quarterback Carson Wentz. Since then, Wentz has teamed up with rookie head coach Doug Pederson to deliver an incredibly epic start to the 2016 season. As of now, the Eagles are 3-0 (yes, undefeated) heading into their Week 4 bye.

Since things are heating up for Philadelphia football, we decided to give you the hottest and coldest teams through the first three weeks of the 2016 NFL season. Here goes:

HOT TEAMS:

Philadelphia Eagles - The introduction wasn’t enough. It’s not just Carson Wentz that is shocking the world; it’s the entire team. In addition to great quarterback play, the coaching is top-notch. The play-calling is incredible, and our defense is one of the best in the entire league.

New England Patriots – No Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski or Dion Lewis? No problem. Thanks to football mastermind (and New England head coach) Bill Belichick, the Patriots are also undefeated. That’s good news for Patriots fans, who have Tom Brady returning in about a week.

COLD TEAMS:

Cleveland Browns - Boy oh boy the Browns cannot catch a break. The bad news: there are no signs of improvement in the immediate future. The good news: at least Cleveland Cavalier fans witnessed an NBA championship this year.

New Orleans Saints – The winless New Orleans Saints. I bet you never expected that after three games. Their underwhelming offense and defense just can’t seem to get it done. Similar to the Jacksonville Jaguars (also winless), many people thought that the Saints would have a much more explosive offense this season.

Whether your favorite team is hot or cold, it’s important that your home stays at a comfortable medium of the two. Most people in the Philadelphia region prefer it to stay between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit inside. That’s where Dowd HVAC comes in to take the snap for the game-winning drive to heat/cool your home and business.
